The 7-footer posed several basketball-related questions to his Twitter followers Monday, but the most interesting one involved Howard’s All-Star teammate.

One could respond to Howard by saying “Hey, Dwight, did you forget about that guy who owns 11 championship rings?” Bill Russell is in the discussion for greatest player of all time, regardless of hand dominance. And what about other legendary lefties like David Robinson, Dave Cowens and Willis Reed? Howard says he didn’t forget anyone.

Howard backtracked later by saying he wasn’t referring to all left-handed players.

Only talking pure shooters, Chris Mullin might have something to say about that. Mullin owns higher field goal, 3-point and free-throw percentages than Harden. 

It’s a fun debate, but Harden clearly has a lot of work to do before he is mentioned in the same breath as the greatest southpaws ever.
