The men’s basketball coach took the Dragons to five NIT appearances including a quarterfinals trip after the 2011-12 season. After going 29–7 that season, the team fell below .500 in three of the next four seasons.

The lowest point for Flint’s career came last season as the Dragons went 6-25. It was the first time Flint, 50, failed to reach double-digit wins at the school.

Flint finishes his career at Drexel with a 245–217 (.530) record. Prior to Drexel, Flint was an assistant under John Calipari at UMass before taking over as head coach, going 86–72 in five seasons.
