Patriots fans on Twitter were quick to pounce on McCain, noting the second-year player out of Cal has been inactive much of the season and has just one career sack. However, McCain let everyone know that lone sack was on Brady in a 33-20 Miami win last season. He also blocked a punt in that game.

On a semi-related note, McCain welcomed his first child to the world Monday. Maybe he can give his new baby girl a present in the form of another Brady sack Thursday.
