Disney+, which combines films and television shows from Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm and Pixar, will launch in the U.S. on November 12.
On Monday, the Disney+ Twitter account began sharing a list of the content that will be available on the platform at launch. Disney says that by the one-year mark, Disney+ will house more than 7,500 episodes of television and more than 500 movies, so, understandably, the list on Twitter is non-exhaustive. However, the highlights include everything from The Avengers movies to every episode of The Simpsons, by way of Pixar’s Moana and The Sound of Music. (Hands up if you’re excited for every episode of the classic X-Men animated cartoon.)

Not only will you be able to immerse yourself in Disney nostalgia from day one, but Disney+ will have a lot of brand new content at launch on November 12, too, including a live-action remake of Lady and the Tramp, Star Wars live action series The Mandalorian and the clunkily-titled High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
Joining Disney+ at a later date will be movies including the highest-grossing film of all-time, Avengers: Endgame and a Lizzie McGuire revival starring Hilary Duff.

Movies coming to Disney+ at launch
Disney+ confirmed on Twitter Monday that Captain Marvel and Dumbo, two of Disney’s big blockbuster releases in 2019 will be available at launch. Movies such as Avengers: Endgame, Toy Story 4 and The Lion King will be added over the coming months.
