According to ABC 6, another man is listed in critical condition as a result of the accident. He suffered a gunshot wound to the thigh and two gunshot wounds to the buttocks, according to investigators. They are looking into Pinckney’s death as a homicide.

The death of Waiters’ brother is just the latest tragedy to strike the Thunder family. Ingrid Williams, the wife of assistant coach Monty Williams, died as the result of a car crash in early February. Aubrey McClendon, a co-owner of the team, also died in a car crash this month.
