Strong sales boosted the Powerball jackpot to the largest lotto prize ever offered at $1.657 billion, breaking the previous world record set by Powerball in 2016.

No one has won the jackpot since August 3, when a player in Pennsylvania matched all six numbers to win $206.9 million. Since then, there have been 39 drawings in a row with no winner.

The advertised jackpot is the prize for a winner who chooses an annuity, which is paid annually over 29 years. But most winners instead opt for the cash prize, which for Saturday night’s drawing was an estimated $810.2 million.

The Powerball website appeared to be down early Sunday morning, displaying only a black page with Saturday’s winning numbers instead of the full website. Newsweek has contacted Powerball for comment.

Powerball Winning Numbers for Saturday

The Powerball numbers in the November 5 drawing were 28, 45, 53, 56, 69 and the Powerball was 20. The Power Play was 3X.

But nobody won the jackpot on Saturday night, lottery officials said, according to Axios.

However, more than 10.9 million tickets won cash prizes totaling $102.2 million, according to Powerball.

Sixteen matched five white balls to win $1 million and a player in Kentucky won a $2 million prize by matching all five white balls and including the Power Play feature. Another 219 players won $50,000 prizes, while 51 players won $150,000.

How Much is the Powerball Jackpot Now

With no winner of the grand prize on Saturday, the jackpot will continue to climb for the next drawing. The jackpot currently stands at an estimated $1.9 billion, with a cash value of $929.1 million.

When is The Next Powerball Drawing

The next Powerball drawing is on Monday, November 7.

Drawings are broadcast live every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. ET from the lottery studio located in Tallahassee, Florida.

How To Play Powerball

Powerball tickets are $2 per play, with players selecting five numbers from 1 to 69, in addition to one red Powerball number from 1 to 26. In certain circumstances, players can also multiply non-jackpot prizes by using the Power Play option for an additional $1.

Tickets are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Jackpot winners may choose to receive their prize as an annuity, paid in 30 graduated payments over 29 years, or a lump sum payment. Both advertised prize options are prior to federal and jurisdictional taxes.

The overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 24.9, according to the Powerball website. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million. “Even if there are more tickets sold in a particular drawing, your odds of winning a prize are the same,” the website states.
