Still’s daughter was diagnosed with cancer last June. After his focus veered away from football, the defensive tackle did not make the 53-man roster. He was released in August but was quickly signed back to the practice squad so he could pay for his daughter’s treatment. He ultimately returned to the active roster.
The Bengals drafted still with their second-round pick in 2012, and the defensive tackle became a free agent this offseason.
Still has recorded 40 tackles in three seasons with Cincinnati.
